Lorraine Johnson

Patient Navigator

Lorraine is a Patient Navigator for Equal Hope. In 2013, Lorraine earned an Associates of General Studies degree (Phi Theta Kappa) from Malcolm X College. She graduated from Rush University in 2015 with a Bachelors of Health Science degree (Magna Cum Laude) and a Master’s of Science in Nursing in 2018.

Lorraine is dedicated to decreasing health disparities and creating equality within communities afflicted with violence and deficiency. Her dedication to giving back to others is exemplified through volunteer work and community networking. Recognizing the important role it plays in her life, she volunteers at a shelter for women, mentors women, provide transportation to appointments, and assist with clothing collections.
