Natalie joined us in March 2022 as our Policy Staffer. She earned her bachelor’s and her master’s degrees in 2005 and 2011, respectively. She has an extensive professional background in successful coalition, community and union organizing, gaining ground for working people in Chicago and across the country. Some notable accomplishments include Florida public universities adjunct unions; victory and ground-breaking first union contract with NPEU, IFPTE Local 70; and successful implementation of a strong community benefits agreement.
She’s excited to apply the people-powered tools in her toolkit to support Equal Hope’s initiatives and grow the mission through community, policy and legislative campaigns. She’s very blessed to share space with dedicated, smart and kind coworkers.
Like many others, she believes in aiming at the good of all, freedom and justice for all, solidarity and love in her work and life.
