During this session, health ambassadors will finalize their goals for the health ambassador program, provide feedback and guidelines on Equal Hope’s current youth/health engagement plan, learn about community outreach from our community health workers, learn the history of community organizing in Chicago.

This C3EN’s Community Town Hall will have a twofold focus. Firstly, the discussion of high-priority chronic condition-related topics and issues caused by chronic conditions for the community. Secondly, the town hall will facilitate joint ideation between community members and researchers of C3EN to create research projects that will help solve issues of chronic diseases and develop infrastructure for the community.
