The Janes is a documentary that was released on HBO last year just after the Dobbs decision was leaked. The documentary tells the story of a group of women who performed thousands of abortions in Chicago before the Roe v. Wade decision in 1973. Join us for a screening of the film followed by a discussion with the Janes and other experts on reproductive justice. Community Health Workers, Lydia Doe and Jennifer Riera, will be there.
