Each year, Equal Care co-sponsors a breast imaging symposium to train mammography technologists on best practices in breast imaging. The purpose of this program is to improve the quality of breast care for all through interdisciplinary education of breast health professionals. Bringing together an expert panel of radiologists and mammography technologists, this symposium draws on the latest research to provide information on evidence-based treatments, technologies, procedures and new guidelines. This event helps learners to improve clinical care and quality outcomes for their patients. The symposium provides CEUs for registered nurses, advanced nurse practitioners, physician assistants and mammography technologists.
Details for this year’s symposium can be found here.
